What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including splinting, exercise programs, and functional retraining
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with active state licensure
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation required
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new CHTs are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, clinical, and patient-advocacy skills
