About the Role

This lab is seeking an experienced Denture Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring prior dental laboratory experience, with excellent hand-eye coordination, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting. Must know dentures start to finish.

Performance Requirements & Expectations

• Perform all stages of denture fabrication, including waxing, setting teeth, relines, and repairs
• Work confidently with both traditional and digital workflows (experience considered a strong asset)
• Maintain accurate case documentation in laboratory management software
• Apply knowledge of 4-on-4 or 4-on-6 conversions (definite asset)

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in denture fabrication required
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy
• Clear and effective communication skills
• RDT designation is considered a strong asset
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
