Primary Care Physician (Concierge Medicine)

A premier, physician-led concierge medicine practice with established locations in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Boca Raton is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to lead and grow its Boca Raton practice.

This is a rare opportunity to practice relationship-driven, high-touch medicine in a cash-pay, no-insurance model, serving a discerning patient population that values access, continuity, and exceptional care.

About the Role

This physician will serve as the clinical leader of the Boca Raton location, building a loyal patient panel while delivering personalized primary care in a concierge setting.

• No insurance billing – all cash-pay / membership-based care
• Flexible, physician-driven schedule (not a traditional 9–5 model)
• Primarily office-based and telehealth visits
• Occasional home visits as clinically appropriate
• On-call access via a secure app (Spruce); patients are trained to reserve after-hours contact for true emergencies
• In the event of hospitalization, the physician provides supportive, non-rounding visits to assist patients and families in navigating care
• Athena EHR platform

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 – $325,000 base salary
• Production / revenue sharing once patient panel exceeds approximately 100 patients
• 100% employer-paid health insurance for the physician, with family coverage available

Ideal Candidate Profile

• The ideal physician is someone patients naturally trust and want to follow.
• Local or semi-local to Boca Raton, or willing to relocate
• Comfortable serving a high-expectation, Northeast-influenced patient population
• Personable, confident, and highly professional with excellent bedside manner
• Engaged in the community and motivated to help build and grow the patient panel
• Health-conscious, polished, and representative of a modern concierge brand
• Open to candidates relocating from New York, other Northeast markets, Miami, or major metro areas

Experience

• Ideally 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Open to exceptional recent residency graduates (compensation adjusted accordingly)

Practice Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as the face and leader of the Boca Raton practice
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with specialists
• Approximately 50% of local specialist relationships are already established
• The physician will help develop the remaining referral network through in-person introductions and relationship building
• Work closely with the broader physician team and operations leadership

Training & Onboarding

• 2–4 weeks of paid training in Tampa (based on experience)
• Full support during ramp-up and patient panel development
