Physical Therapy - Lead Our Newest Clinical Expansion:

Autonomy, Innovation, & Interdisciplinary Care

Job Summary

Step into a pivotal role as the Physical Therapist for a premier orthopedic and interventional pain practice expanding into the Boston market. This is a unique opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing brand with a proven track record of success in other regions.

Located in Dorchester, MA, our clinic is situated immediately off the highway, offering an effortless commute. In this role, you will be the sole rehab professional at this location, providing you with the autonomy to manage the clinic and have your voice heard as a clinical leader. You will be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team—including expert physicians and mid-level providers—to deliver high-quality medical management. Our practice is strictly a non-narcotic clinic, focusing on responsible, long-term patient outcomes through innovative care rather than medication.

We are looking for a clinician with 3–5 years of experience who thrives on wearing multiple hats and wants to grow alongside a dynamic leadership team.

What We Offer

  • High Independence: Function as the primary Physical Therapist, collaborating with leadership while helping to establish rehab services.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Direct access to and coordination with specialized physicians.
  • Non-Narcotic Philosophy: A practice dedicated to responsible medical management and limiting the use of narcotics.
  • Growth Potential: Participate in the success of a new branch backed by a seasoned leadership team.
  • Competitive Compensation: Starting salary of $100,000+ per year plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Includes 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new patients and develop measurable, functional plans of care.
  • Coordinate closely with the medical team to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Conduct tests and measures to identify specific patient impairments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including re-evaluations and discharge plans.
  • Manage clinical operations independently in the absence of a physician.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • 3–5 years of experience in physical therapy preferred.
  • Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
