Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
  • Design and adjust behavioral support programs to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate closely with families, clinicians, and other members of the treatment team to monitor progress
  • Provide training, mentorship, and supervision to therapists and behavior technicians
  • Maintain documentation, progress reports, and communication with funding sources as required
  • Manage a caseload of clients while fulfilling supervisory and administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, or a Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to client and team needs
  • Proficiency in English required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may qualify for increased base pay
