Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week

This role is responsible for creating accurate digital models of dental restorations using advanced CAD/CAM technology. The position bridges the gap between clinical prescriptions and final prosthetic products, ensuring precision, aesthetics, and functionality in every design.

Performance Requirements and Expectations

• Digital Design & Modeling: Design crowns, bridges, veneers, implant abutments, and full-arch prosthetics using Exocad and 3Shape. Create virtual 3D models tailored to patient anatomy, perform diagnostic wax-ups, and design surgical guides.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with dentists and lab technicians to interpret prescriptions and ensure design accuracy. Coordinate case planning across departments, and participate in training sessions when required.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect final products for fit, function, and aesthetics while ensuring strict adherence to specifications. Maintain detailed records and documentation of each case and design process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or certification in Dental Technology or CAD/CAM Dentistry. Advanced digital design training is an asset.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Exocad and 3Shape. Familiarity with CAM systems and techniques such as zirconia milling and porcelain layering preferred. Candidates with CAD/CAM experience eager to expand skills are encouraged to apply.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with adaptability to emerging technologies and software updates.
