🌟 What You’ll Do

Lead and manage all NICU operations—guiding a skilled team, optimizing daily workflow, supporting families, partnering with physicians, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll oversee performance, quality, safety, resources, and everything that makes a NICU thrive.

🎓 What You Bring

• Current Florida RN license or Compact Licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• BLS (within 30 days), NRP (within 90 days), STABLE (within 60 months)
• Minimum 3 years of NICU Director-level experience in acute care
• A passion for excellence and a heart for the tiniest patients
