About the Role
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Healthcare Recruiter to join our team as a full-time 1099 contractor. In this role, you will focus exclusively on direct-hire, permanent placements across various healthcare disciplines. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter or sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential.
You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful placements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and excited to partner with healthcare facilities and top-tier clinical professionals throughout the Phoenix area and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for direct-hire, permanent roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates across multiple healthcare specialties
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and healthcare organizations
- Conduct candidate screenings, manage interview coordination, and prepare candidates for client interviews
- Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records within ATS/CRM systems
- Stay current on hiring trends, market conditions, and healthcare workforce needs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and placement goals
Qualifications

1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare (clinical or non-clinical)
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, databases, and direct outreach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor with minimal supervision
- Motivated by a commission-only compensation model
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (preferred)
