The Opportunity

A physical therapist-owned outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its established clinic in Rehoboth, MA, a tight-knit farm community just 20 minutes outside Providence, RI.

Open since 2015, this clinic combines personalized care with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The space includes three private treatment rooms and an open gym, and yes — the clinic’s original “employee” is a friendly labradoodle who helps set the tone for a warm, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized PT care in 1:1, 40-minute sessions
  • Maintain a caseload of 56 visits/week (37.5 treatment hours)
  • Manage scheduling with front desk support and waitlists
  • Complete documentation and chart review efficiently
  • Participate in 1–2 local community outreach or marketing events per year
  • Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, patient-centered clinic environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and engage with the local community


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
