Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to meet patient and family needs.
- Maintain operational efficiency, staff engagement, and service line performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.
- Support the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years recent leadership experience (manager or director level) in Women’s Services within a large, high-acuity hospital. Must have experience overseeing 3500+ births per year.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.

Licensure: Active RN license (state or compact).

Certifications: Specialty certification preferred; BCLS required (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
