SHIFT: Days; Full-Time
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist and make a lasting impact on the lives of patients by helping them recover, restore, and improve their mobility and quality of life.
The Physical Therapist will play a key role in overseeing daily clinic operations while delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising therapy aides, PTAs, and students (as applicable), coordinating clinic functions, and serving as a liaison between patients, physicians, and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery of patient services, ensuring compliance with staffing, patient load, and payer requirements.
- Recruit, supervise, and direct staff to ensure efficient operations and quality service.
- Provide input for staff performance reviews.
- Maintain clinic space and equipment.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop annual budgets and operational goals.
- Attend routine therapy meetings and participate in special projects as needed.
- Perform and document initial patient evaluations.
- Design and implement individualized treatment programs to restore, improve, or maintain function, alleviate pain, and promote independence.
- Establish functional goals and track progress, with timely re-evaluations and discharge planning.
- Communicate with patients, families, and referring providers to ensure quality treatment and outcomes.
- Instruct patients and families in at-home care and exercises.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of patient care.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB clearance
- Participation in continuing education programs as required by licensure
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and payer requirements
