Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of recent (within the last year) acute care leadership experience in the Emergency Department
• Charge Nurse ED experience may be considered; Manager-level experience is strongly preferred in a high-acuity environment
• Education:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years of hire
• Licensure & Certifications:
• Active RN license in the state of practice and/or compact license
• Required within 90 days of hire: ACLS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, ENPC or PALS
