Clinical Nurse Coordinator / Charge Nurse – Med Surg Units

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12s

We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator / Charge Nurse to join our Med Surg, Ortho, and Neuro Trauma units.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support nursing staff on your assigned unit
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and role model for staff
• Help foster a positive, team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required
• 2 years of staff nurse experience in the relevant service line (required)
• 1 year of charge nurse or leadership experience (preferred)
