Location: Berlin, MD

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Berlin, MD. This is a one-on-one care model, allowing you to focus fully on each patient and deliver high-quality, individualized treatment. Services are expanding to include stretching programs and more holistic wellness offerings — creating a comprehensive, community-focused health destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through medical history review and comprehensive physical assessments
• Identify functional limitations and establish measurable goals
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient needs
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities to restore mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
• Strong manual therapy skills or interest in advanced manual techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of documentation standards and treatment protocols
• Strong critical thinking and time management abilities
• Passion for patient education and community engagement
