Special Procedures Technologist – Neuro Endovascular – Full Time, Days

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Are you a Special Procedures Technologist looking for a full-time, day-shift opportunity in a fast-paced Neuro Endovascular environment?

The Special Procedures Technologist performs specialized diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality images, patient safety, and excellent customer service. This role supports physicians and clinical teams by delivering accurate, timely imaging in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Special Procedures and Neuro Endovascular imaging exams during scheduled hours and on-call coverage.
• Select appropriate technical factors based on patient anatomy, pathology, and procedure requirements.
• Process and review images to ensure optimal quality and diagnostic value.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain compliance with departmental policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuing education, training, and in-service programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized procedure room and ensure equipment readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• ARRT certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• South Carolina Radiologic Technologist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
