Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Watsonville, CA

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to work and daily activities with confidence.

Focus Areas: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention.

Schedule: Flexible options available (4x10s or 5x8s).

Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, plus quarterly incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and update plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Graduate or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California PT license (or in progress)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
