What You’ll Do

• Oversee and coordinate patient care plans in compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.
• Lead with compassion while driving performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience (home health preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
