An established outpatient clinic just north of Boston is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to step into a clinic leadership role in Winthrop, MA. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Support and guide clinic staff
• Build relationships with referral sources and the community
• Contribute to clinic growth and overall patient experience

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Interest in leadership and clinic development
