Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Lead comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning while delivering high-quality dentistry and an exceptional patient experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with non-clinical partners—including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT—to support efficient operations and practice growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program with an active, unrestricted state license
• 1–2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred; select opportunities available for new graduates
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and exceptional patient care
• Interest in continued education, coaching, and contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Driven by both professional growth and the long-term success of the practice
