Seeking a compassionate, Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a highly collaborative, innovative team committed to excellence in neonatal care, providing 24/7 in-house coverage in a state-of-the-art single-family room in NICU environment.


Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU
  • Collaborate with a dedicated group of Neonatologists providing continuous 24/7 in-house coverage
  • Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation), HFJV (High-Frequency Jet Ventilation), inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
  • Work alongside on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Coordinate with a nurse-led neonatal transport team for patient transfers and emergency situations
  • Deliver care in a single-family room NICU model that prioritizes family-centered care
  • No requirement to cover the newborn nursery, focusing exclusively on NICU patients
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and collaborative clinical research
  • Contribute to a team culture that values innovation, education, and compassionate family support
