Job Summary: 

We are in search of a professional and passionate Dermatologist to join our team of doctors. We are not-for-profit healthcare organization with our primary mission is providing exceptional acute and preventive medical care to all people. 

You will care for a wide array of patients—from young children to senior citizens diagnosing skin problems, advising on treatment plans, monitoring the progress of the patient’s treatment plan and conducting non-invasive surgical procedures.  


Responsibilities:

  • Administering treatments, monitoring outcomes and recommending changes in treatment plans when necessary.
  • Educating patients on lifestyle choices and other ways to improve their skin conditions.
  • Ensuring that all procedures are in line with medical laws and regulations.
  • Keeping up to date with regard to new treatments and research.
  • Working closely together with assistants and other team members to ensure that patients are receiving adequate care.
  • Prescribing relevant medication or skin products as part of a treatment plan.
  • Treating patients with respect and compassion and ensuring compliance with current medical regulations and ethics.

Requirements:

  • Current Dermatology license in state of practice required.
  • Dermatology board certification required.
  • Five (2) plus years of experience practicing dermatology. 
  • Manual dexterity to examine the skin, apply treatments, and perform minor surgeries.
  • Strong clinical diagnostic skills.
  • Commitment to a high standard of care through the promotion and maintenance of skin health.
  • The ability to communicate information in layman terms to patients and/or their families.
  • Continue research into scientific studies and complete frequent Maintenance of Certification (MOC) programs to ensure ongoing proficiency.
