Position: Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services
Location: Batesville, Arkansas
Shift: Full-Time, Days
We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services to provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight across Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Pre/Post Unit, Non-Invasive Radiology, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab. This leader will drive innovation, elevate patient care, and partner with physicians, staff, and the community to advance high-quality cardiovascular care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for cardiovascular services in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and staff across multiple departments.
- Ensure timely, equitable access to diagnostics, interventions, and rehab services.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, HCAHPS scores, and evidence-based practices.
- Build collaborative physician, APP, and interdisciplinary relationships.
- Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and support service line growth.
- Represent the cardiovascular program in community partnerships and referral networks.
- Champion patient- and family-centered care, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Required Qualifications

Education: BSN required; MSN or related graduate degree preferred.

Licensure: Current RN license in Arkansas.

Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Preferred: CVRN, CCRN, AACVPR, ACHE/FACHE.

Experience: Demonstrated leadership in cardiovascular or related services.
