Job Description: Clinical Manager – ICU

Status: Permanent Full-time

Schedule Mixed/No Weekends

Location: Sebring, FL

Are you a seasoned Critical Care leader who thrives on building strong teams and maintaining clinical excellence? We are seeking an organized, decisive, and communicative RN Clinical Manager to oversee our 33-bed ICU (plus 8-bed overflow) in Sebring, FL.

In this role, you aren’t just a supervisor; you are the heartbeat of the unit. You will partner with the Nursing Director to elevate standards of care, mentor nursing staff, and ensure operational success 24/7. What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations of the ICU, ensuring adherence to ANA standards and the Code of Ethics.
• Develop Talent: Mentor and evaluate personnel, fostering a culture of professional growth and positive working relationships.
• Maintain Excellence: Drive quality metrics and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Collaborate: Act as the bridge between physicians, nursing administration, and frontline staff.



Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum 5 years of Critical Care clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years as a full-time Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or Manager.
• Certifications: * BCLS & ACLS (Must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Must obtain within 90 days of hire).
