We are partnering with a well-established and growing nephrology practice seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team. Following a recent strategic update, the practice is now open to experienced PA candidates and is focused on identifying clinicians who can deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner ) Min. of 2 years Nephrology NP Exp. Required
• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Nephrology experience NOT required (training provided) for PA-C only
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision
• Conduct patient assessments, exams, and follow-ups
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
