We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a full-time, weekday opportunity providing essential care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings within a physician-owned organization.


You will enjoy unparalleled flexibility with the option to start your 8-hour shift anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. After completing your patient rounds, you will have the autonomy to finish documentation remotely from home, promoting the work-life balance you deserve. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership.
  • Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions.
  • Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics.
  • Maintain accurate EMR notes and billing documentation.
  • Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams.


Schedule & Perks

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift.

Education & Experience

  • Active Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
  • Current DEA Certification (Required)
  • 1+ year of NP experience preferred.
  • Prior nursing background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency, Hospitalist, or General Practice preferred.
