Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient assessments, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Additional certifications or licenses as required by state regulations to perform assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient care with a warm and professional chairside manner.
• Establish trust and rapport with patients through compassionate, patient-centered interactions.
• Promote optimal oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancer.
• Review, document, and maintain thorough patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor clinical progress.
• Perform dental hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the dentist.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations or unexpected developments during patient care.
• Educate patients on proper at-home oral care and long-term oral health maintenance.
