LOCATION: Medford, OR

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent, Days


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. This role provides therapeutic care to individuals with a broad range of medical conditions, injuries, and physical limitations.

 

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy services designed to maximize independence and quality of life. The ideal candidate values patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creating positive outcomes for diverse patient populations.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and contributing to a supportive clinical environment.This position is going to be a 100% Orthopedics Position with one on one 45 minute appointments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state where services are provided.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Prior clinical experience in physical therapy settings such as hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation environments.
  • Additional specialty training or certifications may be beneficial depending on department needs.
