Position Summary:
This key role will lead the company’s strategic initiatives for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining future team members. This position will work closely with key company leadership throughout the country to develop and drive a long-term, sustainable, and measurable recruiting and retention strategy. This is an onsite position 4 days/week and 1 WFH day.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach and develop a talented, results-focused talent team whose vision aligns with that of the company.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting including, job posting, pre-screening, recommendations, interview scheduling, reference checking, and creating and negotiating job offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide training, coaching, and guidance on interviewing best practices, testing, and core skills assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations and Field Leadership on enhancements to on-boarding and retention processes and approaches.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to enhance both internal and external branding as it relates to talent acquisition and engagement.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies, including effective utilization of various social media platforms, hosting on-site and community-based job fairs, engaging external recruiting partners and resources, active collaboration with educational institution relationships, and effective utilization of online job boards.
• Measure the performance of our recruiting programs using various KPIs, such as cost per hire, turnover rates, and time to hire, and generate result reports with recommendations for hiring managers.
• Develop Compensation strategies specific to positions and geographic locations.
• Collaborate with Company’s Learning and Development Team to enhance Career Tracking Program and include pathway for team member professional development and advancement.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years full lifecycle recruitment with superior sourcing skills
• 4-year business or human resource degree or relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Ability to quickly grasp a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization.
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills, including rapport building.
• Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgement, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Highest level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Experience with field employees.
• Strength in self-management and self-motivation with superior level of enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to team success
• Ability to travel 6 to 8 times per year (2-3 days/month)
Salary: $160-$175k base with 10% bonus
