Operations Manager
We are partnering with an established Law Firm to identify an experienced Operations Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and serving as a trusted business partner to leadership.
Located in Greenwood Village, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of all business operations for a 20-person organization and make a significant impact on efficiency, employee experience, and overall business performance.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of busy and established law firm, including office administration, vendor relationships, facilities, and the implementation of systems and process improvements
- Serve as the primary HR contact, managing onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, policies, records, and HR compliance; evaluate outsourced HR or PEO solutions as needed
- Payroll administration, basic accounting and state tax administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, firm policies, attorney licensing, insurance renewals, and other business obligations
- Support collections efforts and cash flow management
- Partner with firm leadership as a trusted advisor on operational, people, and technology decisions while driving efficiency, cost savings, and strong internal service
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in operations, HR, office management, or business administration, ideally with a law firm or client services organization
- Experience managing vendors and improving HR and business processes
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and basic accounting oversight
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and solving problems proactively
- Ability to work fully in-office in Greenwood Village, CO

Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base salary + target 20% annual bonus
