Our client, a fast-paced technology company, is seeking a Contract HR Business Partner to support their HR team for approximately 5 months from April-August. This role will primarily focus on Employee Relations, partnering closely with leaders and HR stakeholders to address complex workplace issues, ensure fair and consistent practices, and maintain a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Coach managers on performance management and sensitive employee matters
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment law compliance
- Identify ER trends and partner with HR leadership on proactive solutions
- Support HR Team with projects and other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

Strong background conducting employee relations investigations and advising leadership
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting technology or high-growth companies is a plus
Engagement Details
- Contract engagement (approximately 5 months from April-August 2026)
- Hybrid with 3 days in office Downtown Denver (paid parking included)
- Pay rate of $45-50/hr DOE
