We're looking for a driven, experienced Contract Recruiter to source and place top-tier electrical talent, including Licensed Electricians and field leadership, across local and remote project sites nationwide. You'll serve as a strategic partner to client hiring managers, own the full recruiting lifecycle, and help build pipelines in emerging and soft markets. Direct experience recruiting in the electrical industry required.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with client hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality candidates quickly
- Creatively source talent from across the country, including travel to soft markets to recruit in person
- Build and maintain relationships with technical and trade schools; attend career fairs and campus events
- Keep the ATS (UKG preferred) updated and ensure all hiring practices are EEOC-compliant
- Provide market compensation insights and help clients stay competitive in the talent landscape
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with experience in Electrical industry required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook 365) and ATS platforms; UKG familiarity a plus
- Bilingual recruiting experience highly desirable
- Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once

This is a W-2 contract role lasting at least 6 months with opportunity to go perm, and compensation is $45-55/hr DOE
