HR Manager / Senior HRBP (Contract, 6 Months)
About the Role
Our client, a global organization in a period of significant growth and transformation, is seeking an experienced HR Manager or Senior HRBP to support a confidential, high-priority project. This is a hands-on, embedded role for an HR leader who can partner closely with senior leaders, keep accelerated initiatives moving, and help shape organizational outcomes. You will report directly to the VP of HR and join a collaborative team that needs additional capacity and will invest in getting you up to speed quickly.
The pace is fast and the hours can be long at times. The ideal candidate is independent, solutions-oriented, and comfortable moving between tactical and strategic work throughout the day.

- Drive change management, including partnering with stakeholders who may not welcome change
- Lead projects or segments of projects, integrating them across HR and the business
- Advise and coach leaders on people matters with legal implications
- Make recommendations on HR initiatives, program changes, and cost-effective strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence (talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee development)
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong HRBP background
- Working knowledge of Colorado employment law (required), plus state and federal HR regulations
- Proven change management experience
- Strong project management skills ("HR project manager" is the ideal profile)
- Comfortable making quick decisions with limited information and navigating risk; overly conservative approaches are not a fit
- Independent and proactive; anticipates needs rather than reacting, and does not escalate every detail
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional partnership skills
- Solid grounding in employee relations, compensation, HRIS, benefits, and organizational development
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Manufacturing or operations experience is a plus but not required
Work Arrangement
