Position Title: Deputy Program Manager

Position Location: Full Time onsite. Headquarters is in Falls Church, VA, but candidates must also be able/willing to travel to multiple DC Metropolitan area sites and OCONUS locations.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III, and may supervise others.

Required Years of Experience (min):

• Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency

Required Degree/Certifications:

• Master’s Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager
• ITIL 4 Foundation

Required Experience:

• Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups.
• Experience developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program / business plans.
• Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.
• Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements

Required Clearance:

• Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: Contingent on Government Contract award.
