Job Description:

The scope of this effort is to obtain project management and technical support services required to assist the Business Systems Branch (82500) and the Financial Systems Branch (11500) with carrying out its duties and responsibilities to develop and sustain Navy ERP, Business Intelligence system, Business Applications system, and Automation tools. 

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.
• 3-7+  years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks.
• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) web and containerized application development using:
• Java, JavaScript (Angular, ReactJS), Bootstrap, PHP, PL/SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes within AWS GovCloud environments.
• Experience writing transactional applications with SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and Web Dynpro. Knowledge of DevOps, Agile methodologies, source code configuration management, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
•  IAT Level II required (Must hold at least one baseline industry certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CySA+, or GSEC.)

Security Clearance:

• Must have a Secret clearance (min.)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115k-$135k++

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
