Position Title: Program Manager

Position Location: Full Time onsite at Ft. Eisenhower, GA.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups
  • Developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program plans
  • Organizing and directing work, and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams in order to achieve objectives
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements
  • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Functions as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.


Required Years of Experience (min):

  • Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency


Required Degree/Certifications:

  • Master’s Degree (preferred). Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager


Required Experience:

  • Experience planning and leading information technology assignments and projects.
  • Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups.
  • Experience developing and leading complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating, and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program / business plans.
  • Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.
  • Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements.


Required Clearance:

  • Secret Clearance


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $150k-$170k

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
