Position Title: Project Manager

Position Location: Full-time on-site at Kenner Army Health Clinic (KAHC), Fort Lee, VA


Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Leads IT project execution, service delivery, and mission support operations.
  • Serves as the primary local Government POC for project performance, risk management, and communications.
  • Provides local leadership for project governance, resource integration, and successful execution of mission objectives.
  • Oversees the administration of network, user accounts, and end-user hardware.
  • Leads cross-functional technical teams to deliver integrated solutions that support mission readiness and customer requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with contractual requirements, DoW policies, cybersecurity standards, and organizational objectives.


Required Years of Experience (min):       

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency


Required Degree/Certifications:           

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency
  • PMI, PMP, or equivalent
  • ITIL 4 Foundation

                                 

Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas:

  • Experience managing IT projects supporting DoW or other Federal organizations, including project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and service delivery
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating project resources to deliver critical IT services while serving as the primary interface with stakeholders
  • Experience serving as a central coordinator for service delivery across multiple support areas, ensuring service requests, outages, and hardware requirements are prioritized, tracked, and resolved to support continuous operations


Required Clearance:

  • Tier 3 background investigation 


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: TBD
