Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Program Manager to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Camp Springs, MD. This is a REMOTE position with occasional travel to Camp Springs, MD.

Position Title: Program Manager

Position Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Camp Springs, MD


Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Provides overall program management of federal contract including managing and coordinating teams, managing contractor resources, and supervising staff in the performance of work.
  • Ensure training and certification requirements are met by contract team members prior to assuming their roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule all support functions for 24x7 coverage.
  • Ensures timely high-level report on status of major initiatives to client.
  • Regularly evaluates performance and fulfillment of current solutions against client needs and work with technical experts to recommend products and platforms to satisfy program requirements.  
  • Ensures the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the work performed resulting in process improvements and cost savings.
  • Monitors program progress, risks, deliverables, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Provides written status updates, reports, executive briefings, and documentation.
  • Ensures policies and procedures are carried out based on industry best practices for project administration, execution, and tracking. 


Required Years of Experience (min):       

  • At least five (5) years of leadership experience managing large complex, mission critical web-based IT systems development projects and programs in an Agile environment. 


Required Degree/Certifications:           

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification required. 

                                 

Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas:

  • Proven ability managing large complex, mission critical web-based IT systems development projects and programs with high client satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising staff and ensuring successful execution of program tasks and objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong client engagement skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: TBD
