Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a ICAM Subject Matter Expert to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Camp Springs, MD. This is a REMOTE position with occasional travel to Camp Springs, MD.

Position Title: ICAM Subject Matter Expert

Position Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Camp Springs, MD


Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Support ICAM solutions and recommend open source and/or COTs products and platforms to satisfy ICAM requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with teams, key stakeholders, and other participants to manage emergent complex ICAM integration requirements.
  • Ensure the implementation of Attribute Based Access Controls (ABAC) during Single Sign-On (SSO) sessions.
  • Support the development, implementation, utilization, and maintenance of on-premises, cloud, OS, and tools in support of Non-Person Entity Certificate Authority (NPE CA), Person Centric (PC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Certificate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Automate scheduled and ad-hoc rotation of credentials, keys, tokens, and certificates to secure authentication methods for NPE CA, DHS C4, and PC PKI. 


Required Years of Experience (min):       

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience preferred. 


Required Degree/Certifications:           

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be certified in one of the following:
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • GIAC Defensible Identity and Access Management (GDA)
  • Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS)
  • Comp TIA+ Security
  • Or FICAM related training. 

                                 

Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas:

  • In-depth knowledge of federal ICAM standards and the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance.
  • Knowledge of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of current commercial and open-source ICAM products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 


Required Clearance:

  • Security/Background Investigation


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: TBD
