Our client is a rapidly developing exciting high-growth seed stage startup. Their customers are growth businesses, who love their product because it helps significantly increase their online sales by 20% to over 200%! This is done by automatically transforming their old website into an AI-powered TikTok-like individualized, dynamic experience. 

 

They have built highly digital and automated go-to-market motions that provides a continuous flow of prospective customers. They apply AI as fast as they can to deliver to the expanding volume of new trial customers. This is where your first major project comes in, you will help lead the effort to scale the post-signup success of their customers. They are looking for a brilliant, energizing, and get-it-done-details person to join the team. Reporting to the CEO/Founder you will:

·      Own how the company delivers their product to customers.

·      Identify friction points in their automated onboarding flows and collaborate with the product team to remove these points. With help, overcome these points until they can be automated away.

·      Keep everyone in the loop — customers, the engineering team, and your peers on the leadership team.

·      For enterprise customers, solve problems before they are problems. Create and manage delivery timelines. Write it all up so this can ultimately become its own department.

·      After the initial period of getting your feet wet driving the success of customers using their product, the sky is the limit to grow your role. Design your job!

·      For the first project in this role, you will own the day-to-day coordination of making customers successful as they onboard onto their product and use it through a free trial and into the subscription period. You will help them find ways to automate and tune this (mostly) self-service onboarding, and you’ll act as a key link between customers and the product team.

·      You will have lots of ideas for new features and improvements, and you will collaborate on careful prioritization directly with the CEO and product leader.

 

Your Skills:

·      You listen to customer/community feedback, make people feel heard, and summarize it accurately for the team (with help from AI).

·      You write very well and lean into it (with help from AI).

o  Perhaps you have an active social media presence or blog of your own, positive and carefully curated.

·      You have a highly detailed and artistic eye for an app or website looking good.

·      You’re comfortable jumping into software systems and figuring them out. You have experience with automation and management tools.


Your Experience:

·     Master’s degree preferred as well as 3-10 years of work experience.

·     Understand technical issues with how websites and browsers work. You have experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript.

·     You have had to inspire trust in many people

Your experience might include roles such as:

·     You have been a delivery person for an agency that builds websites for clients.

·     You have been a product manager for a B2C app.

·     You have been a designer or front-end developer, and now want to move to a customer facing role.
