The product leader will establish product management frameworks and build a cohesive product-thinking culture within the organization as they scale. You will oversee the execution of high-priority initiatives across digital platforms, including a web app tailored for schools and a consumer-facing iOS app. This role will focus on execution and process development while directly managing product, design, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will excel in building cross-functional collaboration, improving team processes, and scaling user adoption, with the potential to grow into an executive leadership role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the execution of product initiatives across all digital assets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in collaboration with engineering, design, and external development partners. 
• Establish and refine product management frameworks, including backlog prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and process development. 
• Scale user adoption and optimize existing features to improve platform performance and customer satisfaction. 
• Foster trust and alignment with cross-functional teams to break down silos and create a unified product-thinking culture. 
• Manage product, design, and engineering teams with a focus on team-building, mentorship, and cross-functional alignment. 
• Work with executive leadership to execute the product roadmap and effectively manage trade-offs and stakeholder priorities. 

Requirements: 

• Proven track record of executing high-priority product initiatives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. 
• Experience managing product backlogs, working with engineers and designers, and delivering impactful digital products. 
• Strong ability to prioritize under resource constraints and manage trade-offs effectively. 
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of building trust and alignment across teams. 
• Healthcare or startup experience; familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a strong plus. 
• Experience with user-facing iOS apps and modern web development processes preferred.
