Here is what you will do on a day to day basis:

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business applications, as well as owning the entire systems development life cycle.
• Collaborate with various business user groups to solve & design business problems and improve efficiencies.
• Working with other developers, managers, and product owner to design, plan and implement solutions Ensure multiple critical systems running smoothly through enhancements and operational support.
• Keep up to date on new technology and industry best practices and how we can apply them within the team. 
• Support user acceptance testing and end user support as required
• Provide code reviews and solution recommendation to your peers
• Daily use of Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Angular, MS SQL, and SSRS

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience working in a software development role.
• SDLC knowledge and how to apply them in different working environments.
•  Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
• Experience working in an institutional investment firm is an asset
• .NET, Angular, MS SQL, and cloud technology (e.g. Azure) with SOLID principle in mind. You are open to learn new technology and apply them under various system and business constraints.
• Analytical mind, enjoy solving problems, and have an ability to perform deep thoughtful analysis to discover solutions.
• Track record in achieving operational excellence where personal drive, high quality work, and getting things done are critical success factors.
• Collaborative spirit that helps you work well with others and communicate effectively.

Salary range: $110-140k
