On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a permanent position. We love this company because of their passion for diversity and inclusion, and their desire to make a social impact.
Here is what you'll be doing on a day to day basis:
- Craft engaging job ads and promote them across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics
- Maintain the recruitment pipeline and track candidate progress
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine processes
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries
- Liaise with external vendors and recruitment partners
- Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics
- Support other recruitment-related tasks as needed
Here is the type of person we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in the recruitment field or a related field
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and a great representative of the company’s values
- Active on social media and confident in promoting opportunities
- Down-to-earth, action-oriented, and proactive
- Committed to diversity, inclusion, and social impact
- Ideally you are based in Frederickton, NB and are able to work in the office 3-5 days per week. However, our client is open to exceptional candidates located elsewhere in Canada who would work remotely.
Salary range: $60-85k
