Are you a Training Lead who has previous experience leading training and content development across a large ERP program? Do you want to work on a project where you are really making an impact on a community?
We are looking for a Training Lead for a 12 month contract with high possibility of extension to oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for a large ERP implementation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and content development within an ERP program, with functional knowledge in either HR or Finance. Previous experience working with Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
Here is what you will do on a day to day basis:
Training Strategy & Planning:
- Lead the development of the overall training strategy for the ERP program, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
- Assess training needs and define clear objectives to ensure all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge needed for the Oracle Fusion system.
- Collaborate with key business and project stakeholders to identify critical learning paths and content requirements for various teams (HR, Finance, etc.).
Content Development:
- Develop and customize training materials, including user guides, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and instructor-led training (ILT) sessions.
- Ensure content is tailored to meet the needs of different user groups, considering functional areas such as HR and Finance.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date, particularly for Oracle Fusion modules.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Lead the delivery of training sessions for end-users, ensuring that training is engaging, clear, and accessible.
- Manage virtual and in-person training sessions for a variety of user levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Oversee training workshops and provide support to users post-training to ensure knowledge retention and successful application.
Program Management:
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and execution of training programs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Track and report on the progress of training initiatives, gathering feedback from participants to improve training content and methods.
- Monitor training completion rates and ensure that all necessary user groups are trained on time.
Post-Training Support:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, ensuring they can navigate the new ERP system effectively.
- Develop and maintain training materials for future reference, offering refresher training as needed.
Here is the type of person we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading training and content development for ERP programs.

Proven experience in functional areas such as HR or Finance; experience in Oracle Fusion is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex training projects in a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is a significant advantage
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model, adult learning principles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Oracle Fusion ERP training experience is desirable.
