Are you a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager with deep experience in Microsoft 365 tenancy migrations and enterprise integrations? Have you led complex initiatives involving organizational change, vendor coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement? Are you ready to take ownership of a high-impact transformation project?

Our client is embarking on a major infrastructure initiative to consolidate over 20 Microsoft 365 tenancies into a unified environment. This effort will involve navigating the intricacies of CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and identity integrations across diverse business units. Our client has asked us to find an Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead this strategic program.

Here is what you will do on a day-to-day basis:

Program Leadership

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft 365 tenancy consolidation initiative
• Shape and guide the technical roadmap with awareness of infrastructure dependencies and integration points
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align on timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation
• Drive organizational change management across impacted business units

Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate planning sessions and status reviews with stakeholders at all levels
• Ensure clear communication of goals, progress, and challenges across technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage expectations and foster alignment across departments with varying priorities

Execution & Oversight

• Oversee migration planning and execution for over 20 MS365 tenancies
• Navigate integration complexities with CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and identity systems
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts throughout the project lifecycle

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex infrastructure or enterprise IT initiatives
• Proven success managing vendor relationships and multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 projects, including tenancy migrations and integration planning
• Technically aware and able to shape plans in collaboration with architects and engineers
• Strong communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels
• Experience with organizational change management in large-scale transformation projects
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and identity systems is highly desirable
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
