Summary

The Scrum Master serves as a facilitator for agile teams operating under the Scrum methodology. This role is responsible for overseeing the development process during each sprint, ensuring effective collaboration between management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining the Product Backlog.
• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience as a Payment Technology Engineer.
• Experience with EMV chip-based technology, contactless (NFC), global platform standards, and payment systems.
• Knowledge of mobile product development and testing is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, preferably with EMV technology and related test tools.
• 2+ years of experience in three or more of the following areas: cryptography, authentication, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, application security, or data structures and algorithms.
• 2+ years of experience in evaluating, recommending, and implementing security products and technologies.
• Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and resolve issues across multiple parties.
• Proven ability to drive processes, projects, and results by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
