Overview:

Our Client, a leading healthcare payments company, is searching for a remote Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in their growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of expansion, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic cold prospecting, setting appointments, and contributing to the evolution of their sales development processes.

 

You'll have the unique opportunity to shape and define the sales development function. We're seeking an innovative individual who possesses the vision and drive to pioneer this role, collaborating closely with the sales team to establish effective outreach strategies. Your contribution will be instrumental in connecting with key decision-makers within the healthcare industry, introducing them to groundbreaking solutions that streamline revenue cycle management and enhance patient satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold prospecting to identify and engage potential clients, nurturing interest and setting appointments for Doctors, Practice Administrators, and Office Managers with our sales team.
  • Schedule appointments with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and partner referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and iterate on sales development methods and processes.
  • Research and analyze market trends to refine outreach approaches and enhance effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • B2B and SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is highly preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Desire and ability to create, iterate, and improve sales development processes and sequences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses enthusiasm, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
