The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Business Development Director (ISO Recruitment) to expand our network of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Agents, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and strategic partners. In this role, you’ll lead partner acquisition efforts, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth by bringing in new sales partners and nurturing them to success.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced payments professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by building relationships that move the business forward.


What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and Develop Partners: Identify, engage, and activate new ISOs, agents, ISVs, and strategic partners through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Drive Growth: Expand existing partner relationships using consultative, value-based selling techniques that uncover opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate with Impact: Lead effective negotiations on partner agreements, pricing structures, and Schedule A terms to create win-win partnerships.
  • Represent Our Client: Attend industry conferences and events to network, promote partnership opportunities, and strengthen our market presence.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, support, and knowledge needed to succeed.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of proven success in merchant services or payments, with experience recruiting 1099s, ISOs, or sales partners
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and partner distribution channels
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
