What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the full sales cycle: from identifying verticals and sourcing leads to closing deals and supporting onboarding
- Developing your own sales strategies and industry channels—no one-size-fits-all playbook here
- Collaborating daily with risk, underwriting, and executive leadership
- Shaping the evolution of the sales engine through day-to-day execution and thought leadership
- Representing our client at client meetings, events, and potential trade shows (travel up to 30–50%)
Basic Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, fintech, or a related field (proven sales track record in another B2B field will be considered)
- Demonstrated success in a full-cycle B2B sales environment
- Understanding of risk and underwriting in acquiring and merchant services (can be taught)
- Ability to self-manage pipeline, prioritize effectively, and excel in a startup-style environment
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- No degree required, but strong business acumen is essential
