HR Leader – Transformation & Growth


Location: Remote | Flexible Engagement (20–40 hours/week, retainer model)

The Opportunity

As HR Leader, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, building the foundation for scalable HR infrastructure, guiding organizational change, and ensuring talent initiatives align with ambitious business objectives. The right candidate will thrive in high-growth environments, balancing strategy with execution, and will gain visibility across the executive team and board-level stakeholders.


Role Overview

The HR Leader will provide thought leadership across all areas of human resources, with a focus on organizational design, talent strategy, change management, and employee engagement. You’ll help architect a modern HR function capable of scaling with rapid business expansion, while serving as a trusted partner to the CEO, CLO, and executive leadership team.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Organizational Design – Develop and implement a comprehensive HR roadmap aligned with business priorities, building scalable processes and infrastructure.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention – Create and execute a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top performers while building employer brand equity.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation frameworks and benefits programs that ensure market competitiveness and fairness.
  • Leadership Development – Coach executives and develop emerging leaders, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and culture of accountability.
  • Performance Management – Implement metrics-driven systems to track performance, establish KPIs, and reinforce a high-performance culture.
  • Change Management – Lead HR’s role in organizational transformation with structured change management plans, communication frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Culture & Engagement – Champion initiatives that foster a strong, values-driven culture while driving employee satisfaction and engagement.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a senior HR leader in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and total rewards design.
  • Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR technology implementation preferred.


Engagement Details

  • Commitment: 20–40 hours per week (retainer model)
  • Duration: 8–12 months, with potential extension
  • Reporting To: CEO & CLO
