Account Executive – FinTech Sales (Remote or Hybrid)

Location: Multiple Locations (Las Vegas, NV | Tempe, AZ | Miami, FL | Atlanta, GA) | Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + $50,000 average commission (Uncapped)

About the Role

We’re seeking highly motivated Account Executives to join Our Client’s dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for sales professionals looking to develop their skills, work with high-value accounts, and earn uncapped commission in a supportive, growth-focused environment.


You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify new leads in your assigned territory or industry vertical
  • Make 60–120 outbound calls and send 15–40 targeted emails daily to engage prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and present tailored payment solutions
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to move qualified leads through the pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales goals to unlock promotions and bonuses

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
  • Eagerness to grow within a high-performing sales organization
  • Previous sales experience (inside sales, fintech, or payments preferred, but not required)
